When does billing start?
Billing starts when your 14-day free trial ends and you add a payment method. If you don't add a card before the trial expires, your account moves to a read-only state until you subscribe.
Can I cancel mid-month?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section in Settings. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or annual commitments. You pay $20/month and that's it.
How is payment handled?
PBXDash uses Square for payment processing. Your card is securely stored by Square — PBXDash never stores raw payment details. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly.
